Bloom ("Uygulama", "biz"), kadın sağlığı ve döngü takibi sunan, gizliliği önceliklendiren bir mobil uygulamadır. Bu politika, 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (KVKK) ve Avrupa Birliği Genel Veri Koruma Tüzüğü (GDPR) kapsamında kişisel verilerinizi nasıl işlediğimizi açıklar.
a) Hesap verileri: E-posta adresi, takma ad, kimlik doğrulama bilgisi (Supabase Auth; Google veya Apple ile giriş yaparsanız ilgili sağlayıcıdan gelen kimlik).
b) Sağlık verileri (özel nitelikli kişisel veri): Adet döngüsü tarihleri, belirtiler, ruh hali, akış düzeyi, notlar, doğum tarihi, gebelik durumu ve haftası, su/kilo takibi, sağlık tarama yanıtları. Bu veriler açık rızanızla işlenir.
c) Teknik veriler: Cihaz türü, işletim sistemi, uygulama sürümü, dil tercihi, bildirim tokeni.
Sağlık verileriniz reklam amacıyla ASLA kullanılmaz veya üçüncü kişilerle paylaşılmaz.
Verilerinizi yalnızca aşağıdaki hizmet sağlayıcılarla (veri işleyenler), yalnızca hizmeti sunmak için paylaşırız:
Partner paylaşımı: Partner özelliğini kullanırsanız, yalnızca sizin açıkça paylaşmayı seçtiğiniz veriler partnerinizle paylaşılır. Bu paylaşımı istediğiniz zaman durdurabilirsiniz.
Bloom şu anda reklam içermez, reklam kimliği (IDFA/AAID) toplamaz ve üçüncü taraf reklam ağı kullanmaz. Ayrıca şu anda ücretli abonelik veya uygulama içi satın alma da bulunmaz.
İleride reklam, hata izleme (ör. Sentry) veya premium abonelik gibi özellikler eklenirse:
Verileriniz hesabınız aktif olduğu sürece saklanır. Hesabınızı sildiğinizde tüm kişisel verileriniz (bulut + cihaz) kalıcı olarak silinir. Yasal yükümlülükler gerektirmedikçe veri tutulmaz.

Verileriniz Supabase bulut altyapısında barındırılır. Yurt dışına aktarım söz konusu olduğunda KVKK m.9 ve GDPR Bölüm V gereklilikleri (yeterlilik kararı / standart sözleşme maddeleri) uygulanır.
Bloom 18 yaş ve üzeri kullanıcılara yöneliktir. Bilerek çocuk verisi toplamayız.
Bloom bir tıbbi cihaz değildir. Sunulan tüm tahminler "Tahmin" etiketiyle verilir ve bilgilendirme amaçlıdır; tıbbi teşhis, tedavi veya doğum kontrol aracı değildir. Sağlık kararları için doktorunuza danışın.
Bu politikayı güncelleyebiliriz. Önemli değişiklikler uygulama içinde bildirilir.
Bloom ("the App", "we") is a privacy-first women's health and cycle tracking mobile application. This policy explains how we process your personal data under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).
a) Account data: Email address, nickname, authentication information (Supabase Auth; if you sign in with Google or Apple, the identity provided by that provider).
b) Health data (special category): Menstrual cycle dates, symptoms, mood, flow level, notes, date of birth, pregnancy status and week, water/weight tracking, health screening answers. Processed with your explicit consent.
c) Technical data: Device type, OS, app version, language preference, notification token.
Your health data is NEVER used for advertising or shared with third parties for advertising.
We share data only with the following service providers (processors), solely to provide the service:
Partner sharing: If you use the partner feature, only data you explicitly choose to share is shared with your partner. You can stop this at any time.
Bloom currently contains no ads, does not collect an advertising identifier (IDFA/AAID), and uses no third-party ad networks. There are also currently no paid subscriptions or in-app purchases.
If features such as advertising, error monitoring (e.g. Sentry), or a premium subscription are added in the future:
Your data is retained while your account is active. When you delete your account, all personal data (cloud + device) is permanently deleted, unless retention is required by law.

Your data is hosted on Supabase cloud infrastructure. Where data is transferred internationally, GDPR Chapter V and KVKK Art.9 requirements (adequacy decision / standard contractual clauses) apply.
Bloom is intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Bloom is not a medical device. All predictions are labeled "Estimate" and are for informational purposes only; they are not medical diagnosis, treatment, or a contraceptive tool. Consult your doctor for health decisions.
We may update this policy. Material changes will be notified in the app.
